You have the right to return any/all products purchased from our website (vosbos.com) within 30 days of receiving your order. Return your parcel by using attached return slip and delivery note. There is a return cost for orders. The return costs is at your expense unless is quality issue. Please check on our return policy for details.
We ship all orders in innovative recycled paper bags that easily transform into reusable shoppers. In line with our sustainability commitment, we do not offer additional gift wrapping.
